I think the price range is spot-on. 40K if you want to sell to an enthusiast who wants/doesn't mind all the modifications, around 50K if you want to put all your stock stuff back on, get it detailed, address any deferred maintenance or little nits that a "factory-only" buyer would want addressed.

I recently did the same thing with a slightly track/DE-modified 968 - Left the modified suspension, aftermarket chip and swiss cheese airbox in it, put refinished factory wheels with new rubber back on it, cleaned it up (paintwork, new floormats, dyed the factory seats). Put it on Bring a Trailer. I estimate I made an extra 5k over the cost of sorting the car. Plus I sold all my aftermarket stuff for another couple grand.
