We reset the codes, drove it for 80miles, and when i shut it down and turned on again in 10 minutes, pasm failure came back on, and car started to have a bit of vibration at idle. I tried turning the steering wheel, and driving straight, nothing... pasm is still in error.

One thing ive noticed is that the car starts kind of weak, as if the battery is weak. Ive read somewhere that these cars are sensitive to batteries, so is that my issue? Or am i looking at something else?

I am kind of considering a lawsuit and calling a car a lemon... but it does feel special, black on black, manual, aero package, sport seats, black sport wheels...

A mild hard start is Normal on many 997s. I had the same thing on my 997. As a result of this I always keep my car on a battery tender. It diminishes the hard starts and extends battery life.
