Muffaletta is a must. It's different. Not a Philly cheese steak from one of those two places in Philly but a required experience.
Cafe Du Mode also. For the experience.
Eat Muffaletta and/or Cafe Du Monde early in day then walk it off. Bignets are sugar bombs.
Dinner. I defer to others. I liked Patout's but believe they are closed.
