I have family there, but for me to ask them to do a favor and assume the responsibility of buying and shipping something which may or may not arrive or have internal damage or anything else go wrong with it, I wouldn't ask them for myself.

Ask the seller if they would ship to you in the USA.

If you want them to look over a car, take pictures or offer a opinion, that I would ask of them.
