You're right here. Dealing with that floor on that '74 is major. I sold my '74 that was better than Adams but not much better years ago. The floor was way too much work. 911s are going the way of 356s though. An early rookie card '74 is going to be desirable. People getting in now will probably be happy in 10-15 years.
