If they have had a work ethic they have no endurance
If they don’t endure, they fail
Star small tasks that take much less time than they have
Do a simple task together, pop a soda, pet the dog and lesson through interesting story time
Gradually increase the length of time and complexity
The ones that want to stick it out will self select
