The only time I wear sunscreen is if I plan to be in the sun for hours at a time.
Worst sunburns of my life - both involved no sunscreen
1. I was 10 and floated lake Tahoe all day on a raft. I had layers of skin coming off my legs the very next day. The remainder of the trip I spent laying on my stomach in a tent. (I blame my parents)
2. Spring skiing in Mammoth Mtn. I was a freshman in High School. Driving home Mom decides to apply petroleum jelly to my very lobster face. Made down the hill to Bishop where I went into a Denny's and used scruffy paper towels to wipe the stuff off. My lips cracked open when I tried to eat food for a couple weeks. Miserable experience.
