I think this is a really important statement. Given the car has lost it's originality (and the corresponding $$), there's probably a good argument that the flares ADD value to a pre-smog hotrod.
I'll guess $33k max given location; $35-36k if in US. I would not list for less than $40k if you don't need a quick sale.
