To polish the front windshield and rear window trim, you will need to remove both windows since it is integral to the sealing process. There are posts here how to do it, but you will need two people to make reinstallation possible.

When you say quarter windows, are you talking wing windows up front or rear quarter windows? There is an extensive thread on adding rear pop out windows, but that would undermine your plans on adding rear quarter plexi windows. Adding front wing windows will require new or used window assemblies.
