As others have said, go to a decent locksmith and get them to cut it. Not Home Depot, but if you have the blanks, the inexperienced kid might do it. A dealer cutting a key? Never happen, I doubt they have that kind of equipment there. They'll likely just refer you to a locksmith anyway.
