Air needs to stay under the car and carry speed before that diffuser has any use.
It doesn't have a flat floorpan
The air will be turbulent
the side skirts are not low enough
the air will get out on the sides
And the diffuser is not wide enough
air can expand on the corners , next to the diffuser
Diffusuer hangs above where the air is supposed to come from under the chassis
