We used to have a one time client that spent like $80 with us total. We called him ET. He was completely convinced that extraterrestrials had come to Earth long ago and carved faces in the rocks of the Wichita Mountains that looked straight up. He was convinced they were the reason some of the national refuge is locked and the public have no access. Of course the real reason is the mean buffalo and Elk are kept back there. The ones the tolerate humans and cars are allowed to roam and can be seen from the road. The very unfriendly ones are locked up behind tall fences. And part of the refuge is the bombing range for Ft Sill. You don't want to wander around out there.
Anyway he would come in and want to browse through our historical aerial images of the area. We explained to him we were NOT a library, we sold photos for a living. We would put out an "ET alert" and make sure several of our friends would call back and we could get real busy.
It was great when Google Earth came out and he left us alone. He was a harmless wacko, but in the way of us making a living.
