Yes the trim on the early '70s COUPEs were aluminum bright coated and anodized.
Be careful if you have yours re-done in the shiny finish as many plating shops can't truly reproduce the original look.
There are some on this forum that have simply stripped and polished their trim.
The bottom line is what are you trying to accomplish? A back date? or? If you look at an early '70s car ALL the trim is shiny aluminum or chrome. So if you just do the windows, how will it look, without doing the door handles or headlight rings or windshield trim or the turn signal lenses or?
BTW, some of the older cars with wind wings had actual chrome trim around the windows.
