There are LED shop lights that are plenty bright already wired for 110V.
There are also overhead LED lights readily available in 110V.
40,000 lumens would be super bright up close. We installed 30,000 lumen overhead lights in our high bay shop, they're 65' feet off the floor and very bright.
The shop lights we installed are 5,000 K which I thought might be too white so we did a test run of 12 fixtures and the color was good for machining.
