Here's the recipe that the missus uses.

Overnight Oatmeal Recipe
Mix:
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup yogurt (Fage - or any other live culture yogurt, preferably whole fat)
1/2 cup milk
1 T chia seeds (optional, adds more fiber)
I let this mix sit out several hours for yogurt culture to act on oatmeal. This makes the oatmeal easier to digest, and results in a creamier texture. You can just put mix straight into refrigerator.
Add fruit to taste before refrigerating.
Will last 4 days unless it’s a highly perishable fruit like banana.
