Fixed a loose electrical connection on my daughters VW w/VR6 over the phone. "I can see a little spark with the engine running dad"... Turns out a ham fisted mechanic had broken one of the connectors on the coil pack. Vibration had caused the connection to become loose. Had her turn off the car and push the connector in as best possible. Misfire stopped and engine light went off so she could drive it home 600 miles for Pops to JB Weld the thing.. There's now JB in her tool kit in her car along with misc tools just in case I need to "facetime fix" again.
