He's got brass ones, but represents a great deal of what is wrong with people and our society. I see nothing in his hat is worth of admiration or worthy of anything.
He is a draw, a leak, a cancer on society. He takes and takes and contributes absolutely nothing.
If there is any justice he'll get too lazy to fill out the paperwork to sponge off other people.
