You won't like nibbling stainless steel, especially if its of any decent thickness.
I Googled "outdoor wok stands" and there are a bunch of them. Lots of them come with a burner, which might orphan your turkey cooker thing (sorry) but you'll end up with a better outcome for the money. I do a fair bit of metal fab and the only metal I hate working with more than stainless steel is titanium...
Punch a few keyboard keys and sit back with a beer, while you await the big brown truck.
