Heather Locklear is bat-$hit-crazy. She lives about a mile from me and was just arrested for assaulting her boyfriend, resisting arrest, and threatening to shoot the offices who arrested her. They went back the next day with a warrant to pick up a handgun registered in her name, but she had hidden it. She's seen around here occasionally looking like a burnt-out alcoholic.
