Basically these people find victims with large assets, move them to crappy nursing homes without the knowledge or consent of their families, and drain their assets by paying them selves large fees to serve as legal guardians. If someone happens not to die before their assets are drained, they are dumped on the state as indigents. It's apparently a regular cottage industry in Nevada. |

The last few days of threads got me thinking about this again and my blood started boiling all over again.
I searched for disposition of the criminal cases but there does not seem to be any yet. April Parks was placed in jail after fleeing Nevada, but beyond that its hard to tell if any cases are final.
