I suggest having a tech who really knows these cars drive it and see if they think the alignment is right.

Does the shop that did the install/alignment know early 911s well? If so talk to them and let them drive it, maybe they just missed on the alignment. I dont have personal knowledge on the different front bumpers but it does make sense that the s would help with lift.

There are all these custom splitter makers on the market. I wonder if you could get a black splitter to mount under the front. Barely noticeable so it preserves the look and would have similar effect to S bumper.
