Nice turtle pic ! Island,
they are getting so relaxed with divers these days.
Neat the way they seem to fly thru the water.
That pic in the spring was taken with an IPhone camera only. The water is crystal clear.
I went in with my mask and snorkel and it is some of the clearest water I've been in. Chilly too, took a bit to ease into the water cause of the temp contrast to the air temp.
The water in the main river is darkened with tannins from the trees.
My brother in the back seat. The main stream flowed at a nice pace for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
If I had an underwater camera with me I'd have tried to shoot the area where the clear spring water mixed into the main river water, looked interesting in the mixing zone.
