That pepper slider were delicious.
Chopped up some Serrano pepper, white onion, and a bit of garlic. Then mixed it with the ground beef. Pattied it, generously doused it with black pepper and put it on the grill already smokin with hickory, cherry, and apple wood. After flipping it put a chunk of cheddar on top to melt. Put em on some whole wheat slider buns and slathered it with some good ol mayo. Richard's Pepper Sliders, yum
Next event will be mushroom slider. Done similarly with mushrooms, a few onion bits and garlic. Top with mozzarella to melt.
Or a ham slider. Put ham in the cuisine art to chop and mix in some lard to stick together. Than pattie and grill, top with cheddar to melt.
Or Italian slider. Do the ham cuisine art with some pepparoni. Mix in mushrooms, onions, garlic. Grill and top with mozzarella, to melt.
Or pork chop slider. Ground pork, mix in onion, garlic, and bbq sauce. Grill and top with cheddar to melt.
Or BBQ beet slider. Ground beef, mix in onion, garlic, and bbq sauce. Grill and top with cheeddar to melt.
Sumthin bout grillin with add-ons mixed in makes it taste gooder. Would do mix in the cheese, but it leaves a mess on the grill.
