Omega?

Which lever do you have currently? The Later Omega Spring style or the early "single" lever style? Get a visual confirmation and compare to PET diagrams for 74-77 and 84-86.

Early mid 7's can have several configurations. The 74-77 PET can be confusing because it shows 3 different old style arm plus the Omega style all in the same diagram.

IMHO. Lots of the hardware is 78-86 so check the PETs and start shopping.

I used a 930-423-401-05 now 930-423-401-09 clutch cable in my 73 with an 86 915-72. Do not forget the rubber boot.

Look at the BC for Carrera axles and the Carrera axles may bolt up nicely on both sides. Outer CVs may still have to use the PITA CV gaskets & pins. Mechanical speedo car? You may need to run 2(two) speedo wires when motor is out to make it easier.

JM2CW. Keep your 75 trans as complete as possible so you still have numbers matching with the motor.

Do not forget to check the pedal cluster. Bushing & springs make a difference in pedal feel & effort. Maybe do the bushings & springs. Best of luck.
