Good NOT Monday Morning!

Hopefully get to see better late this afternoon! Looking forwared to it (pun intended).

Visited a friend in Austin before he got married. It was very humid, the thermostat was on 80°, and the hot water tank was turned off. AFTER he got married and she took over the house it went to a cool 73* with a set back to 70° at night. And the hot water heater heater works.

Didn't understand the water heater thing. He would go to a local gym to take warm showers. He did not work out. The gym membership cost more than keeping the water tank hot.

He still has never mowed his back yard. He started to just after getting married, then found some poison ivy in the back yard and stopped before actually getting it mowed. Didn't mention to his wife that I found poison ivy in my back yard right after I moved in and killed it with some spray stuff. Nobody even got a rash or nuthin.

They need to be living in a neighborhood like my brother behind me. The neighborhood association takes care of everything outside and they have maids for everything inside. My brother and his wife even have a cook.
