Loved My 4 Motion 3.6 Passat until VW spent $15,000 in Warranty Work It was broken much of the time. I traded it about 100 Miles before it expired. Liked it early on, but met a few people at the dealership with the same experience. Fragile and expensive. No German cars without a warranty for me but I do love them. There like women who make you write bad checks.
