Take some medium small reds or multi color potatoes. Those ones in the bag from king Soopers are good;
Boil till soft. Let cool for a bit
Put a little oil on a baking sheet; put the potatoes on and smash em flat to about 3/8”.
Whoops sorry, peter. 8- 10mm.
Drizzle more oil and put on your seasoning of choice and then bake at 450 (excuse me, gas mark 8) for about 15-20 minutes. Really makes em crispy and great.
