I really like that Intrepid concept. The cab-forward design and "canopy" cockpit. Overall, very era-appropriate, clean and good looking. Can't believe I'm saying this about a Dodge. Reminds me a little of the original NSX or maybe something like this:
I think that's just a NACA-ish duct, the ramp angle is quite critical for its functionality.
... meanwhile this "NACA" duct was moulded on a women's bicycle saddle (true story).
