I was thinking the same thing. It’s bad enough to lose someone in an instant in an accident but to not be able to see the body? And have to hear why? There is no getting around that conversation for the police that inform them, as much as they try to keep it brief.
I’m thinking the person inside the car was mangled pretty completely as well.
