Life has sent the message...I'm talked into it.
Just had a dime size cancer removed from my upper nose.
They dug twice...finally got it. A big hole that's now healing.
I used to clean my pool buck naked in the hot AZ sun...loved getting all tan and manly looking. 
No more..........
