sounds as if you need a midlife crisis mobile.... if you are in fact a doctor and have $40+/- to spend and really want the cab part of the dream id agree with the others that a 996 turbo fits that bill. they can be expensive to maintain at this point due to they are a 15 y/o super car today.
they are fast, will have the better interior in most cases and motor in every case than the base 996/997 models. it's always said "buy the newest 911 you can afford" but the 996tt has compromised that statement some over the last decade to some extent.
I owned and drove a coupe 996TT for 10 months and hated it, but im aircooled & not a doctor....
