Itza, no offense, but Matt is right. You blew this deal. This market is red hot. Like any other sellers market, you have to JUMP when you want something, with cash in hand.

Trying to buy a condo in Boston? Better be there the first day and bid over asking. Trying to buy an aircooled? Better take a day off from work and show up with cash, or someone else will. When doing deals like this, there are no ethics, really. You'd like to think there are, and so do I, but really, there aren't. Just other people trying to buy the same thing you are. Hard life lesson unfortunately.

Trying to buy an underpriced aircooled? Good luck! If you're lucky enough to find one, keep your mouth shut, operate quietly and move quickly with cash. You might even get to buy the car.

I found one two years ago. Told no one except my P-tech master mechanic who I partnered with. Still haven't told anyone until now. We looked at the car, bought it and went our merry way. There was the seller and us. No ads, no websites, no nothing. It was a beautiful thing.
