RE: Breast augmentation, I don't think anyone I don't think anyone here is faulting breast cancer survivors for getting plastic surgery.
I'm too lazy to look up the percentages but I would guess most boob jobs are done just for vanity.
I had an acquaintance who's dad was a plastic surgeon and gave his daughter a boob job at 17, later she 'blossomed' and her boobs were way too big.
A close friend worked at an agency that handled malpractice suites, the bags sometimes leak and it goes very, very badly.
