I returned to Discount and the manager didn't bat an eye and said "That's clearly our fault we'll replace your wheels. It'll take about a week to get them here and I will call you when they're ready."

I have never had any significant customer care issues at tire stores, ever. So, I was curious to see how this was going to go. As I mentioned, the wheels were not perfect, and they had tiny dings here and there, ortherwise excellent condition. , I didn't think that I would be getting brand new wheels.

That's my go to tire store.
Discount in Scottsdale was the one that addressed my issue. They were stand up about it letting me know immediately, being very frank about the process and if I was not happy to replace the wheel
