Indeed it does, the seal is the same for either black or chrome trim.

Per our PET data, Porsche only made one seal, and didn't make a version specifically for cars with windshield antennas. Per
Jesse16 below, the antenna wire is flat and is simply sandwiched against the seal toward the inside of the car. Thanks for the details Jesse!
