Count as a manly oil change? Hope so, have not change my oil but once and had to take the oil to a local parts store to have it "reclaimed"

In the olden days used to pour oil places around the yard were we didn't want the grass to grow. Yes initially it looked like it died, but very quickly grew back faster taller and greener than ever.

Reminds me of this Jacques Cousteau thing. (Think the parts in Quotes as French) Jacques had done a study of the marine life in and area and they showed that. Then they showed the same area after a big oil spill. "Oh the cruelty of death and destruction of man's pollution." Then Jacques went back to the same reef area 2 years later and it was more alive than it had been before the oil spill. They were "Amazed at the resilience of mother nature."
