In addition, on a newer car, never tracked might be appealing. It speaks to the degree of use

On an old converted track car, the question is, is it all used up or nice and fresh?

In a restored car where it has completely been gone through, does tracked or not matter?
Many fresh old race cars don’t sell for as much because for race use, fit and finish is not very critical

Aside from freshness, I think that is where the substantial difference is between a track car and an RSR replica for the street, and that is what the price often reflects

The car in the ad seems to have very nice fit and finish at first glance
