i'm glad to say that the JB Welded screws hold tightly enough for me to use a ratchet to screw on the nylock nuts. i figure that means the 16 of them should have no issue holding up that sub-8oz panel assembly. hopefully the heat/vibration doesn't rattle them off. but if they fail, i doubt they all fail simultaneously and i'll be able to rescue the panel before things get too bad.
