I'm in iron too, but worry that it might rust into oblivion before I realize any sort of return on it. A spring storm with 100+mph winds took out my parking shed and I haven't gotten around to leveling it yet and replacing it with a new building. Thankfully nothing but my tractor mower and a few gearbox cases were inside when it happened.
