Osteosarcoma took my Tibetan Terrier at the age of 10...after a year or so of Kemo ($4,700) for Lymphosarcoma. Vets said the two were unrelated and that he'd bleed to death if they tried to operate.
A few minutes after I had him put down at our home, I looked into his mouth and saw the lump on the roof of his mouth.
It looked gnarly like a wart and about the size of half of a golf ball.

BTW, I later read many articles about the contamination of canned dog food as related to canine cancer.
Never bought the product again.
