Still ingrained in my memory from 4 decades ago....leaving CS, following an old AAA map (where they laid out the route)....a "highway" to Cripple Creek....or not
. One of the most scenic, neck stretching (looking up) trips I'd ever had...I was used to the Smokey Hills....couldn't call them old ranges mountains any longer
