Hi Matt the dizzy was recurved because I attempted to put a pertronix unit on it but instead bent the plate inside it so I just sent it away for rebuild and stayed with the points and at the time North Hollywood suggested the recurve. I removed the clam shell from the stock headers because they were rusted and I was concerned with the headers being pitted and possible fumes entering the cabin. As far as I know all internal engine parts are still stock
