flooding after head replacement

I just replaced the head on my 1995 318Ti. started (high Idle) and now is flooding in cylinders #2-4 and black carbon on #1. Any Ideas what is wrong?

Found the culprit

Intake cam broke, bent valves in #4

That is sad. Hopefully you can find a used Cam shaft cheap.

Do you think you accidentally cracked it during removal?
