From what I've read, the cedar siding has turned dark due to black mold, etc. It's not one of my houses and I'm almost certain even a low pressure washer will be nixed by the owner...
Seems like oxegenated bleach is touted by many as an agent to assist with the manual labor necessary (scrubbing) if you choose to do it the old fashioned hard way....
I will offer that as a suggestion....making sure I don't get sucked in on the labor part
