Just seems a bit strange to relate to as holding up traffic in a golf cart in so Cal would likely result in discharging of firearms.
So assuming the posted speed limit was either 25 or 35 mph, and assuming the golf cart in question was at least approaching the posted limit, then the A-hole in the truck was just an a-hole for no reason.
As opposed to an a-hole WITH a reason.
