Wow! The BMV's in Hamilton County are amazing, especially compared to what I was used to in California between 1989 and 2015 when I lived there.
Here in Cincinnati, I have never waited more than one or two minutes to get anything done at the Ohio BMV or at the County Deputy Registrar when getting vehicles or myself licensed.
As an added bonus, the offices seem to be all over the place, compared to the California DMV's...
