Agree...a light touch with a Dremel tool and the correct size stone.

Keep an eye on the rakers as they'll begin to sit too high. I just touch them slightly with the Dremel stone to knock them down a bit...every couple of sharpenings. I rarely use a gauge for that. You get a feel after a while.
