I even made sure to go about 2:30 in the afternoon so 2nd shift people had already left, and 1st shift workers weren't there yet. In the next 20 minutes of waiting 15 more numbers were taken by people who all also waited, and were annoyed....not even the first of the month or week !
They need a "now serving" digital display so at least you had an idea if you want to wait in that crowded room.
