well i got up at 05:40 on a saturday to ride my bike and be productive. so that's what i did.
finagled some junk to prop up all the panels that needed epoxied and then wiped them all down a few times to get them clean and dust-free (reduced dust?)
then, i donned the painting suit i bought, slid into my old Adidas slides (i recently got a fresh pair), put new cartridges in my respirator and made an epic mess.
i had to scrub the overspray from my feet with a scotchbrite, but they're clean now. the floor of the garage is not so lucky. i'll deal with that in a week when all of this epoxy is cured and i can move everything either back to the basement or onto the 911. super glad this is over even if it shows how terrible i am at bodywork. doesn't much matter to me tho, no one sees runs or chips or scratches above 5-6mph anyway and this isn't a showcar.
