My S2 consumes about 1 quart for every 1000 miles. It's got over 138,000 miles on it though. Just like Blackfoot and Geoff, mine never smokes and I know Porsches are notorious for consuming oil so I don't even worry about it. By the way Sergio, my S2's owner's manual reads the same thing. Oil change every 15,000 miles (I change it every 6,000 and just keep it topped up) and not to let it warm up. Just take it easy until the engine reaches operating temperature.
